CrossFit Beginners
: If these set times do not work, please call/email to schedule a beginner class for a time that works around your schedule.

Yoga: To promote stretching, Monday night at 7pm we invite all current members to join us for Yoga at NO additional cost.

Self Defense: The introduction course for Self Defense is offered on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 7pm. You must call/email to reserve a spot in this class. After completing the introductory course, the weekly classes are offered every Tuesday night at 7pm.
